Cost of keeping the car

I'm wondering how much money goes into the acura tl/cl/etc type cars? How many miles can it go before the motor has problems (motor life in terms of 100k miles)?

In my experience most of them are incredibly easy to maintain and should run 200k+ with proper maintenence.
