05 TB stalling and hesitating....

Well i've already wrote this once but i'm going to try it again. my Tb is an '05 with 46,000 miles. It's 4x4 and a 4.2. For the last couple months it's been hesitating and stalling when i stop. If it does stall, it starts right back up. We did have a check engine light with a po171 (lean engine) but that has been reset and hasn't came back on YET. We've replaced a few things... map sensor, o2 sensor, intake gasket, and the secondary intake check valve. Pretty much everything has been checked. The fuel pressure air pump.. etc.
We've also had the throttle body cleaned, and put in fuel injector cleaner. Nothing is even helping. i've been told to replace the fuel filter but that can't be done without replacing the fuel pump, which i don't want to do unless it is for sure the problem. i've had it to 3 dealers now and they can't figure it out. i was told that the intake gasket might have a vaccum leak so it was changed. Not the answer. I took it to a different dealer 2 days ago and they called me and said that they couldn't find anything wrong, it has to be that the computer needs reprogrammed because it is was just doing all kinds of crazy stuff... he didn't tell me what... So i told them to do it, and it was fine when i picked it up yesterday and today it's doing it again. Whatever it is, it's getting worse. It started out only doing it once in a while, now it does it almost everytime i drive it. Does anyone have any ideas????
