Re: 99 Cav, no low beam headlights

I have started removing the tape around the wiring harness. So far, mine is taped very well and there is no evidence of corrosion anywhere. I have to know how to get the windshield water bottle out and disconnect the parklights in the bumper to get to more of the harness.

when you find the splice/joint look for your problem there. All my wiring looked good as well , it was the splice that was bad, blue wire is what you`ll be looking for
