replacing window washer tank hose

I need to replace the line from the window washer tank to the sprayers on the windshield. The tank is "hidden" - anyone know how to access this tank. Just an FYI - the line froze during the past winter and is leaking in multiple places so I have no washer fluid for the windshield. Don't know if the tank is leaking since I haven't been able to get at it yet.
