Seats

Quick question, these are seats from an 85 lesabre, if i wanted to put these in my car they would be a direct bolt on right? these look way more comfy

They will bolt in PROVIDED your has a split bench front seat already. If not, make sure you get the inner mounting points from the donor car. You will need to drill out the spot welds to get them loose and then weld them back into your car.

Boneville seatrs are a common upgrade for later Caprices BUT they are not a direct boltin. Need to make adapters for the back mounting points on the front seats and the back seats require even more fabrication.

Not that big a deal but not just a dropin. I know a few years ago having to fabricate would have turned me away from something like this. These days I am a little more comfortable with such. When I put Bonnies in my latest Wagon purchase I actually took the steeel adapters out of the sedan and in maybe 30 minutes made a set of aluminum adapters. They are still tan at the moment and the interior red but I will find the time to SEM them later in the summer. Blazer Console gives me back cup holders and a place to mount the Bonny seat controller.
