intrax spring, do i need saddle?

hey i just got my intrax spring kit from dr and i dunno do i need to get new spring saddles? cuz some ppl told me that i shoul, but i dunno. and what this about trimming the bumpstops?

Ditto. I saw this thread earlier and almost posted, but figured maybe someone else would know wtf a spring saddle is...

I would guess he means either the strut mount or the rubber piece on the bottom between the spring and strut, in which case no you don't "need" new ones.

As for the bump stops, I didn't have to trim mine.

sry, there called saddles in trucks, lol there seperate from the strut, i thought u just might need some other things besides springs for the install

nope you just need to drop in the new springs in place of the originals.

when i installed my intrax springs, the instructions from intrax informed me to trim the bumpstops a specific amount. the amount i trimmed was different from the front and back. be sure to read the instructions carefully.

sweet man, yea ive heard ppl say that u dont have to trim them, but i thin i am anyways. i was about to putthem in but the shocks looked like crap so ordered the kyb ones from dynamic,
