Fantastic JF.

I must finish my MP4/13. These 43rd kits are things you can bang out real quick.

That is sensational. Dunno about the minor details, but you captured the overall look perfectly - pretty hard to get that silver right, but you nailed it I think.

Looks great, especially being a 1/43. You've got a lot of positive camber on the right side though ! Can't wait to finish my mp4/13 too; this is great motivation for me to get on with it. Just a shame have to wait till UK re-stock with paint.

Red face Re: Tameo 1/43 McLaren Mp4/15 Spa 2000

Looks superb. Nice job! I also build Tameo kits. I am trying to find a storage case for 1:43 models. I don't want the typical plastic display unit for a desktop or wall. What I'm thinking about is a sturdy box with maybe a handle for transport. The front would open forward and shelves could slide out. On the shelves would be compartments, hopefully lined with a cushioned material, that would safely store each 1:43 model, with enough room to fit your fingers in to safely pick it up. Anybody ever seen anything like this or know anybody who makes custom storage boxes like this? The storage box doesn't have to be exactly like I describe, but you get the idea. I've been searching the Web and I've found nothing. Years ago, during the "golden age" of slot car tracks and racing, there were a lot of these type of boxes for sale, although in 1:24 scale.
