Litres conversion to cubic inch???
What are the conversions
5.3 = 5.7 = 350? 6.0=? 7.4 = 454? How good of an engine is the 6.0. Any bad years to watch out for? |

Re: Litres conversion to cubic inch???
You can calculate your cubic inches if you know the bore and stroke. Bore X Bore X Stroke X .7854 X The number of cylinders = Cubic Inches

Re: Litres conversion to cubic inch???
Let's see: cubic inches ci, cubic centimeters cm
1 ci = 16.387 cc So 5300 cc / 16.387= 323.427 cu.in. Hence: 5.3 L= 323 ci 6.0L = 366.143 ci, and so on... |

Re: Litres conversion to cubic inch???
If you want EXACT cubic inches, use the formula. If you just want to get close, use the conversion. Sometimes the conversion is not exact because of rounding up or down of the exact calculation.
