1997 ford e350 a/c problems

When i bought this van i had to drive it home and it worked fine all 3 days and then a while after but now it only blows out the defrost vents. Could this be a vacuum leak or a bad vacuum actuator? I know that the blend doors that control which vent the air comes out are vacuum actuated. any vacuum routing diagrams would be helpful too. I have heard that when there is no vacuum to power the actuators that it will go to defrost by default is this true? and where are all the other actuators for the other vent setting located?

Thank you

I'm not sure how to post an immage but if you post your email or send me a message so i can get your email i will send the diagram to you. My email address is [email protected] and the diagram is for a 1997 e350 with a 6.8L engine, i dont think the size of the engine would make a diffirence for the a/c though
