oil filter remomal 2000 sunfire 2.2L

I looked in the Haynes manual and found the filter in the back pasenger side of the engine. Is there a special oil filter wrench or hose/housing removal to get the filter out - I was able to drain the oil from the pan and wound up later takinf it to a shop th change the filter. Thanks in advance for the help.

Just bought a 97 and changed oil & filter. The filter wasn't on tight so my hand did the trick. But after screwing on the filter I did give it a small filter wrench turn. Just make sure you get the one for the small filters not the PF35 size. Just go up the right side on the filter and find the right spot.
