93 Jeep Overheated
Hey guys - I don't know too too much about cars - so - question - havea 1993 Jeep grand cherokee - overheated - only drove about 1 mile with it overheated - pulled over - water was all over the place when i opened the hood - was my water pump - got rad changed too - anyway, just got it back - the engine now rattles (didn't at all before), and when in drive, at stops (i.e. red light) the whole engine like shakes and thus makes the body kind of shake - I'm just wondering - should I have it looked at again? or is just the type of thing that happens to an old car and engine after it overheats - that it will have residual changes that make it less of a nice drive....?

Re: 93 Jeep Overheated
You might have some water in the electrical system...how long has it been since you had a tune up (plugs, cap, rotor, plug wires)? It could be as simple as a loose plug wire.
Sorry for the late response....

Re: 93 Jeep Overheated
check the hoses if there's a leak.how about the cooling system if it is low in water it may cause you over heat.
