tranny question...

I replaced my Taurus SE 01 tranny my self. Stumbled on a problem. How do I line up transaxle range senor w/out the special tool?

One way would be to perform a search on this forum for one of the many ways others have done the task without the tool. It maybe be a bit trickier if you don't know what gear the tranny is currently in however....
