Help! Heated Seat Stays On

Hello Everyone,

I have a '99 Riviera, love the car, however, the latest electrical problem is driving me nuts. Driver's side heated seat stays on all of the time regardless whether the door switch is on or off. I finally removed the rear seat and pulled the fuse. Any ideas? By the way, until I pulled the fuse the passenger side seat functioned normally. Even with the fuse out, door switch illuminator still lights when switch is activated.
