99 Suburban C2500 7.4 engine, No start

I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban C2500 with the 7.4 engine 170,000 miles. It was running fine then one morning 3 weeks ago, it just wouldn't start. I was busy so I left it alone then 5 days later I when to check it out and it fired right up and ran fine for the last 2 weeks. Now this morning it has done the exact same thing. It turns over like it wants to start, but it doesn't. So far I have done the following:

Checked the fuses
Listened & can hear the fuel pump & smell fuel
pulled the #1 plug and checked for spark & it's there
disconnected the Mass sensor & no change
sprayed starting spray into the intake hose no change

Could it be the coil, crank, or cam sensor, and how do I test these items? I have a volt meter, but not sure how to use it.
