sadly...

Wallaces cars and his F1 didn't show up to celebration... I left at 1ish and didn't officially meet countachal (well, didn't have a back up plan for an area of meeting and couldn't find him)

a shame on 2 points - perhaps Don heard Al was going

Seriously, it would've been nice for you to meet up with Al; he's a good bloke, very knowledgable, great with a camera and not a bad passenger at speeds above the speed limit (apparently)

probably! i think he (and a friend?) did walk by me carrying luggage when i was watching them unload some cars... but I couldn't find him later in the day. Theres still a few more slim chances that he might go to another show this year (in october).

Hi Alex, sorry to have not met up with you, i did have a look around at 1ish for you but to no avail, i was gutted that don wallace didnt show and that there was no reventon either!. I also rather annoyingly got up a little to late to see tha cannonball car without all the annoying barriers, but overall im still glad i came. Here's a link to some of Tonys cannonball photos.

I Got pics of it pretty good... the ropes weren't the problem actually (except for getting pics of the rear), it was those signs. oh well, at least teh show was free!
