Supercharger lifespan?
I am looking at buying a '97 or later Buick (maybe other GM too) with the factory supercharged 3.8L V6. Is there a typical lifespan for the supercharger, or should they last the life of the engine? I have seen one that went bad (but don't know mileage), and I've only seen less than a dozen of them. Thanks for any info.

Re: Supercharger lifespan?
If properly maintained, they should last longer than the engine
