92 Accord Cigarette lighter installation help

I have a 1992 honda accord Dx that one of my dads friends gave me for a first car. He had boughten it off of someone who took Multiple things from the car before selling it. One of the things was a cigarette lighter. I was recently given Interior neon tubes for inside the car and went to plug them in and there was No cigarette lighter there. So the guy took the cigarette lighter for some odd reason. so i went to the junkyard and got a cigarette lighter from a old mitsubishi since i was told u can use any lighter.... im not familar with electrical a whole lot and couldnt find the information on installing it anywhere so can someone please help me with instructions on installing the cigarette lighter thanks
