Unhappy Mustang GT wont start, HELP

I have a 2000 Mustang GT convertible. A few months ago I went to start it and at first it wouldnt start, then, after several cranks it started pretty rough. I then drove about a quarter mile and it killed on me and would not start. After waiting about fifteen minutes, I tried again and it started up. I took it to a local shop where I usually go and they could find nothing wrong since it was running fine now. I didnt have any problems with this issue again for a couple months. Went out to start it after it had been in storage for about a month and same problem. It would crank but nothing. Seemed like it almost wanted to start but when it got close it would die. Battery is fully charged. Checked the fuel pump kill switch, wasnt that. Just wondering if someone has any ideas or has had a similar problem. I have had a problem with the oxygen sensor on this car before, but I do not think it is that again. Seems to be a fuel issue.
