larger wheels on 04 QC 4x4 Dakota

I'm considering swapping out the wheels / tires on my dakota. What all do I need to do to the truck if I put slightly larger wheels on it? In particular, I'm concerned about the speedo and odo. Is this something that I'd just have to get the dealer to reprogram the computer?
