Scratched tint and weird smell....

well I got 2 problems now.
1. I want to get all the windows in my car re-tinted, because the tent is scratched really bad. The strip between the inside of the window and the door is really dirty, and wont come clean completely. I need to replece this strip before I re-tint the windows. What is this part called, and how hard is it to replace it?

2. I've noticed that every 10-15 mins, a rotten egg, sulfur like smell would come in the car through the vents, and its really strong. And no its not me breaking wind. I do change the cabin filter often, like every time the oil is changed in my car. Has anyone had this problem? And if so, how did you fix it?

Re: Scratched tint and weird smell....

Rotten egg smell is probably your catalytic converter going bad. The stuff on your door is weather stripping.
