Mustang Project For Sale-Upstate, SC
Ok, so we've had these '71's listing for a while. Basically, my boyfriend really doesn't want to see them go, but he hates to watch them just sit there & rot away-especially if there's someone out there that can use them-he's just has had no time to get to them. The yellow(w/blue fenders) car was bought & he was driving it around for a little while, until one day he got ambitious & ripped the vinyl top off-bad idea-what we uncovered was swiss cheese. He had gotten a little discouraged after that, but then one day I came across a shell that was in Atlanta-but the owners wanted to keep the rear end & we had a tow dolly-so we took the rear end off of the yellow car to swap for the one that was on the shell. Basically, the whole idea behind the shell, was that all the good parts would've gotten swapped over to it. The floor pans in the shell, overall, are pretty good, with only the passenger side needing replaced. The people who removed the engine/trans out of the car, did so by cutting into the radiator support-but the one on the yellow car is usable. The yellow car has a 351W, auto trans, front disc brakes, black interior. The red car was a manual & still has the petals for it, but that's it. It also some black interior pieces, but majority of this car was gone when we got it. There's lots of parts w/these cars, including a stock NASA hood(will need some minor work). I'd say you have about 90%, if not more, to put these 2 cars together & make one nice coupe & still have several parts left over. If you're interested, drop me a line or come by & take a look at them. We may also consider trades. If these don't sell by the summer, he'll probably just start working on them. Thanks for your time.
