04 SRX head lamp removal

Anyone have any info on the head lamp removal? I have to install a HID kit soon on a 04 SRX. Any help is appreciated in advance.

You need to partially or completely remove the front fascia to remove the headlamp assembly. Its not too difficult, just time consuming.

For future reference,

1. remove 4 clips in each wheel well (in front of the wheel)

2. Remove the clips on the top edge of the front clip.

3. Remove the clips on the bottom.

4. Reach in and remove 1 10 mil bolt and 1 10 mil nut in each wheel well.

5. Gently (from the front of vehicle) pull the front clip toward you and it will just fall off.
