98 grand am bad shift solenoids.. help replacing?

i have a 98 grand am se with the 2.4l in it. after thrashing the car around in 20" of snow, (didnt get stuck too much ) i have a check engine light. i plugged in a programmer and it came up with 3 engine codes. a throttle circuit code (an emissions code, dont remember which one) and 2 codes for shift solenoids. i know these are a relatively cheap fix, but i have no idea how to get to them, as i know absoloutely dick about auto transmissions. any help or pics would be great if yall got em.

thanks guys,

98xploder

You can probly change the shift solenoids your self, here is a link that has the run down!
http://autorepair.about.com/cs/doity.../aa011703b.htm

For the shifter, that might be your shift interupt solenoid acting up from the trans dtc's/problems.

Hope that helps.
