1998 chevy 1500 trouble codes?

ok to start with i just had to replace the heads on my 1998 chevy 1500 z71 and put the distributer back in and cheked it with a scan tool and that all checked out good and i have drove it for about 200 miles and the dtc lite came on and the truck is still running fine but these were the codes on there po131,po171,p0300,p0430,p1345 please help i have no idea wut the heck any of these are and how to fix them.

The P1345 may be the root cause for the rest of the codes. It means that the ign timing is off. Needs to be set with a scan tool that can access "Cam retard" or "cam offset". In this mode the timing needs to be 0 +/- 2 degs with engine rpm at or above 1000.
