Replacing Shocks
Hello,
I have 170,000 miles on my 02 and it is in need of shocks, brakes, and I need to take it in for what sounds like a loose front end when i hit uneven bumps. I was wondeirng if it is simple enough to do the shocks on my own? thanks Rick |

Re: Replacing Shocks
Welcome to AF, the noise in the front is probably the sway bar links, very common these trucks.

Re: Replacing Shocks
I've replaced the shocks and struts on my 04 with 50k. No problems, just borrowed the coil spring compressor at AutoZone for the front. Fairly simple job.
