Exclamation need help with pioneer deck in 88 honda..

i have no clue how to wire my pioneer dehp2500 deck to my car. anyone know how to power it up if my harness is bad? i think its good but i dont know for sure, so if theres another way, can someone help? even if you could tell me which wires go to what, that'd be greatly appreciated. thanx

take your red and yellow wires those are positive and the solid black is negative the red a yellow both have to be on the positive side of the battery in order for the deck to power up

yes on all pioneers the red is hot only when ignition is on and yellow is hot constantly but if the red and yellow both do not recieve power then the deck will not turn on thats to check the deck also make sure the ground wire is hooked up too
