You should verify the seat and plunger are clean and free of carbon and debris , you can also remove the air cleaner top and check the fuel injectors are not leaking a whole bunch of fuel by looking in the throttle body with the engine running. I had that and the throttle body base gasket leaking that was causing all types of problems. Good luck with it.
