Shiny Truck
Now that its spring outside I am back into washing and waxing my truck regularly. I am looking for some tips on restoring a deep shine. Last summer I used the mothers clay bar system and was unsatisfied. I currently use mcguiars NXT or gold class liquid wax and the NXT car was solution. I see there are some things like Zymol that seem kind of exotic and are a little more expensive than what I am used to spending. Do those work better? Thanks for the input!

Re: Shiny Truck
Also I use Nevr-Dull all the chrome, is that safe to use on the rims? I am afraid it will eat away at the coating, but I want them to really shine as well. Thanks!

Re: Shiny Truck
I use pretty cheap soap to wash, then I use Mothers bottled wax, polishes up real nice.

Re: Shiny Truck
I seem to have found a winning combination today. I washed it as normal, then used mothers carnauba cleaner wax then applied a second coat with mcguiars gold class wax. Shinier than Ive ever seen it. I also tried a powerball on the rims and it worked wonders with some regular wheel and rim cleaner. I am very pleased with my success so far. However, I am always looking for ways/suggestions to improve the look of my truck. Keep the ideas coming. Oh and what is this Zaino? Where can I find it?
