2000 Dakota power plug (in dash)

I blew the fuse to the power plug in my 2000 Dakota 4.7 4x4. I have checked all of the fuses, both under the hood and on the side of the dash. None are blown. Where is the fuse to the power plug?

Ck the relay/fuse block under the dash on drivers side. Turn on your four way flashers and track down where the noise is coming from.
