350z general problem discusion

hey i got my 2003 350 performance edt about a year ago a and had no real problems with it... BUT i recently brought it to a guy to fix the clutch and he took it upon himself to tune the car up. now i have a list of problems

1. the stage 3 clutchmaster clutch and flywheel is makeing horable noises if you underpower it at all and with 1000 miles on the clutch it's already slipping. it's horable

2 he changed my trans fluid and now it's like imposable to shift. i'm pretty sure it's the wrong fluid. He used royal purple and everyone includeing 3 trans shops is telling me that was a huge no no.. like my trans is pretty much junk now

3. had my tires changed to toyo proxis 4's and now the car is sloshy.. like you can feel the body sway and roll if you turn the wheel from side to side going down the road. not sure if he took it upon himself to tune my suspension but before it was like rock soilid.

4 he tunes the engine IE spark plugs, belts, airfilter and so on and now sometimes when you start the car it wants to die or will almost die and come up to idle after. o he replaced the passanger valve cover to.. which i swear to got i hear a hiss noise comeing from it on the top front. finally i'm not sure but i could swear it has less power now

If anyone could provide any info on this i'ld be more than happy to hear it. and i know there is one or 2 more things. but just can't remember. I'm takeing sugestions for anything weather it's upgradeing parts or what. just need to get this solved.
