easily possible it "deleted" the data somehow, or maybe i mixed up a number. i'll try reentering with a different browser, maybe this will work. if not i'll call them.

Why all the worry???
Some sort of confirmation email is all you're likely to see until your order shows up on your doorstep. It's fine, it's normal. Relax, you're order will come. It may come in 4 days, it may come in 14. It should take less than 40. But you will get it, and worrying meanwhile will only drive you crazy.

International credit card transactions can take as long as 30 days to finalize, so you might want to tell your dad about that before he begins worrying about when your purchase will be charged.

I order from them regurarly, once in 1-2 months and had no problem so far with their service. At HOBBYSEARCH, they need more time to deduct the amount of money from the account. They usually send two mails (at least to me), the first one tells they have received your order (listing the ordered items and your personal datas like address etc.). This comes immidiately after placing an order. A couple days later they send another mail telling they have the ordered items in stock and they are shipped. Sometimes it is only 1 day, sometimes 3-4 days later. They only deduct the money from the account at the time of shipping the order, not sooner - I have an sms service from my bank to my cell phone, so that is why I know it. Some other online stores deduct the whole amount of the order immidiately, but HS checks the stock condition first. So be calm please, it is normal at HS. In case you get no further information about your order, you can ask them by simply hit the 'answer' button on the confirmation mail you have received. I had some misunderstanding with an order earlier, so I made the whole ordering process clear with my bank and with HS staff also, that is why I now how they work. I hope everything will be OK with your order!
