Bonneville 2000 fuel line connector replacement

How easy is it to replace the fuel line connector on a 2000 SE. It looks like a plastic elbow.

Dorman products makes a fuel line repair kit and is not cheap.It comes with the connectors,lines and tools to fix the fuel line.It is easy to fix insted of replacing the whole line with this kit.
