Adding Transmission Fluid?

Hi All,

I have a 94 740i with a small leak and would like to add some transmission fluid. From what I can tell you have to add it via the fill hole in the bottom of the transmission......

couple questions

1. Where do you buy the hand pump to add the fluid or is their an easier way? what is the technical name of the pump?

2. Do I need to buy Pentosin 3L100-180681 fluid or is their a generic option?

Thanks a TON!
