Body lift kit for 96 2WD...

Does anyone know if they manufacture a body lift kit for a 1996 Dodge Dakota 2WD Ext Cab Sport? It seems as though all of the big names (Skyjacker, JackIt, suspensionconnection.com) have up to 1996 in 4WD, 97-99 4WD, and then the 2WD's don't start until 2000 and on. Just looking to add some lift, maybe a couple of inches..
