98 Stratus How do I get the windows crank off?

I feel stupid asking this question but I can't figure out how to get the window crank off. I'm kind of a gm guy usually so I have been looking for a "C" clip right behind the crank but can't find one. I'm afraid I'm going to bend up the metal speaker cover messing with it. Does anyone know for sure if there is a clip or what? The center of the crank does not seem to come out either to get to a bolt. Feel kinda silly asking but I can't see anything.

I found the C clip it was just very hard to see/get to on this car. I got the cranks off and got my new speakers in!
