Its a tank of a selected percentage of O2 for diving ( decompression gas ) in this case i grabbed the tank with 100% O2. I typically will have 3 tanks sitting around with my gear when i dive a tank full of 100%o2 one with 50% O2 and one with 50/50 ( 50%O2 and 50% heluim)
