Removing factory stereo

Kia ora, new to this forum. Can anybody help me with instructions to remove the factory fitted Mcintosh stereo, amp and shuttle from my 99 RSK B4 legacy?. I want to install an aftermarket one. Pictures too guys and gals if you have them. Cheers
