Momentary hesitation at highway speed (2001)

My 2001 sunfire will momentarily hesitate at anywhere from 50-70 mph (80-110 kph) just enough so you feel the car jerk. It seems the problem only occurs in colder weather. I commute 50 miles to work and it will do this one day and then it won't occur again for a week. I have changed my fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, air filter. Anyone else with a similar problem or any suggestions where to go next?

It is your Air Intake Sensor located on the air intake hose.

Hey slick57
Did you ever figure out your problem? I have 2000 sunfire with the same symptoms.
