'99 Z24 Headrest removal?? Help!

Hey,
I just bought a 1999 Cavalier Z24, and I am trying to fit seat covers on it. Problem is, there is a seatbelt-guider thing hanging out of the side, and I need to take the headrests off to take it out. There is no button to press, and pulling really hard doesn't work! haha. How do I take off the headrests?
