head gasket

so im planning on ordering a new head gasket. beacause of the white smoke that shoots out when i go wot and let off.....i heard that i need to buy head studs..is this true???

If you need a new head gasket I would stay oem if I was you. Are you sure you blew the gasket? First do a compression test to verify. You don't necessarily have to upgrade the studs but you can if you would like....so to answer your question...no you don't have to change them unless somehow you bent them.

what else can be causing the white smoke than......???

it only happens when i go wot and let off...

can the spark plugs be causing this

If it's white then it's coolant. It could be a blown seal in the turbo or it could be a busted head gasket. Is your coolant or oil milky at all?

It might be a seal in the turbo just slowly leaking. How many miles do you have?
