vacume issue??

here is a question... so far i have replaced my Master Cylinder and the brake booster.. well now the brake pedal will get stuck if i stop hard and i have to pull over and turn the car off to release brakes... so at first i thought bad BB but now the car is at the most random times idling high and now there is a strong smell of coolant... so i was thinking maybe it was a lower intake gasket which would cause all three issues vacuum leak, BB, and coolant leak and yes my coolant level has been dropping but very little, i add a qrt just about every 3 days . so just wondering what everyone thought about this before i start to pull the engine apart and how hard will this be???

so i replaced my upper and lower gasket today but still having the R A N D O M high idle issue i think it is something electronic now its so random when it does it it will stutter or sputter it will jsut go up high HIGHER and come backdown like nothing happend.... im at the end of the rope here this is driving me nuts friday im gonna goto the junk yard and pull a computer for my car and see if thats the issue....
