will this tire size fit?

I have a 1991 R32 Skyline GTS-4. Will 235/45/R17 tires fit my car? My car has GTR suspension, so it sits a little lower. There seems to be just enough room for 215/55/R16 and the 235 is like 20 mm bigger so i'm afraid it will rub.

Re: will this tire size fit?

steering? because a little to wide? maybe i should just stick with the 225/45/R17. I was hoping to increase my width by using 235/45, which would in-turn increase the height of the sidewall just enough to feel less road bumps and all the other things you can feel with low pros. the stock 205/55/R16 give a smooth ride, but i was thinking 205/50/R17 won't be wide enough for the 17 inch rims.
