Question Brake pressure switch - '01 Windstar

I have the problem described in the closed section at the beginning of the thread list.

The master cylinder and switch were replaced with a rebuilt cylinder and a new switch last summer.

Ever since, we have had a very slow leak of fluid from the threads where the switch goes into the master cylinder, and have to add brake fluid every couple of weeks. I have made sure that the switch is tight (not stripped).

Is there any problem with using teflon thread sealing tape or "pipe dope" on the switch threads, since there is brake fluid involved?

Yes you can use a thread sealer.. Just need to read label to make sure it will work with brake fluid.. Im trying to remember what type I used. I am drawing a blank right now..
