Angry Assistance needed

Well it seems that my abs/trac off light has come on. I went and did some research and found out that the connection on the passenger side hub is disconnected. The sensor from the hub is there but the abs cable is gone as well as the cv boot. I am not sure how this happened but I would like some assistance on fixing this problem. Does anyone have a diagram on where the abs cables run to from the hub? Does anyone know what parts I need to purchase and how to fix this problem?

Thank you for your help

Re: Assistance needed

The CV joint dust boot being gone may have resulted due to a badley worn CV joint.
Do you hear any clunking when driving and turning?
As for the wire, there should be a plug in harness connector hooked right on the frame.

Re: Assistance needed

i am starting to hear the clunking sound when I turn. I am going to replace the cv boot in a couple weeks. On the frame I saw where the wire once was and where it ran. Just need to know how to replace the wire?

Re: Assistance needed

As for the clunking, You'll need to replace the CV joint, (comes with the boot). The only real time you can replace just the boot is if you catch a small tear/rip right away and hope no dirt got into the CV.
As for your wire, I would have to see the blueprints so someone else will have to chime in.
One way to see where it goes would be go to the other side of the vehical and trace the wire for that sensor back to its origan. probley the ABS box near the mastercylinder.
then follow the wire that leads to the side you lost. should be a small section of it left. Go to the dealer, get a new harness.
Just a thought
