2000 Sienna to buy
I am looking at a 2000 SIenna to buy with 94k miles at auction. But from the looks of this board it would seem this was not a good year for Sienna. Am I correct in assumption? The auction is placing market value at $6900 which seems quite high. I am new to auctions so I am not sure what they would let it go for.

Re: 2000 Sienna to buy
It's not that bad a price, but I'd be wary, there is a design flaw in the engine and it builds up sludge. If you take really good care of it, you can make it last awhile, but you don't know how this one has been cared for.

Re: 2000 Sienna to buy
I bought a 2000 xle with 74K miles on it, rough, but in nice shape, power door is busted, probably needs about 1K for work, probably the timing belt etc and tires, i paid $7K for it, NADA and KBB put it at 9K for dealer trade in and around $11K for private party, any ways i hope God Willing this van lasts me a 200K miles.
