2.5L electrical problem
i have a 1993 with a 2.5 and the fan for the heater doesnt work it used to work fine then all the sudden one day it wouldnt turn on when i try to turn it on a relay under the hood clicks im just wondering if that click means the relay is engaging or if its bad. i checked all fuses and i dont see any apparent loose grounds or anything its very cold and heat is a must! any help is apreciated thank you.

Re: 2.5L electrical problem
if the relay clicks, it means that the relay is energizing, but relay could still be bad. unplug power connector to fan and see if you have power and ground, power should vary a bit with different speeds selected. if so, fan is suspect. could be the motor just died. if no power to fan plug, start back at relay box to verify power there, and make sure the fuse is good too. post back with what you find.
