Suggestions on a BMW purchase!?

I am currently looking to buy a bimmer and i am looking at 3 possibilities at a few different price points.
$8500 2000 323i sedan automatic 100,000 miles
$6500 1998 323Ci automatic 100,000 miles
$5000 1997 528i automatic 135,000 miles
i am wondering if any of you can give me an idea on which will give me the best bang for the buck i am looking to get 3-5 years out of the car without major problems considering i drive less than 7,000 a year. Assuming all have been well maintained how much can i expect out of them as far as mileage and reliability. Thanks and merry christmas and happy new year.

I've had a 1970 & 1973 2002 4-speed, 1985 323is 5-speed, 1987 535is auto and currently a 1993 325is 5-speed. Never had a problem with any manual trans but after 100,000 miles, the auto started shifting down a gear at steady highway speeds. The recommended fix was a rebuilt trans, so I didnt spring for the $2000+ repair bill; dumped the car instead. I'd be leery of any auto BMW with over 100,000 miles; they would be a risky choice
