This looks bad, any ideas?

Well as I pulled into the driveway, I heard sorta a poof and my SES came on. Code was 0420 (or 0470maybe) Inefficient Catalyst system or somethin, well, yeah since I don't have one!!! But I checked over the car anyways and found this sh*t on my passenger side sway bar mount. Here are some pics, it's dark so I just started snapping sorry.

Please give me any thoughts on what it could be. All fluids except PS were checked and showed clean, non burnt and in good levels. I'll check the PS fluid tomorrow and post the level.

Re: This looks bad, any ideas?

Thanks, time to take a trip to the dealer. Still under warranty, so hopefully it's covered.
