supra TT vs NSX

Who woild win between a sock 6-speed supra TT and a stock 5 or 6-speed NSX?

NSX is a great car but too overpriced...
It would be close if they were both stock, but Supra is the better car for your money and spend leftovers on upgrades cuz u can do soo many things to a Supra

I, personally, would take any stock NSX over any 'sock' Supra, period.

MKIV Supra TT anyday...the car just goes on the highway like a bat out of hell and the motor can hanlde up to around 600-650hp on stock internals...

The NSX is VERY much overpriced...the only thing it has on the Supra is the slightly better looks and the handling...but the handling part is not by that much.

Bottom line...w/all the money you saved I'd pick up a MKIV and modify it to hell

Bah, I can't stand the NSX. I don't see why people like them so much. They cost WAY more than they are worth, hell you can buy a Viper or an imported moterex Skyline for the price of an NSX. The Supra will give you much more bang for your buck. Shit the NSX has less torque than my car.

I would much rather have a Viper as well, but between the two, I'd rather have the NSX. The Supra looks like shit (to me). I already have a couple cars that are everything and more then a Supra is. (please, no one respond with the tired old mod this and mod that horseshit and I dont mean you Polygon)

As usual, it all comes down to taste.

The NSX will whip a Supra's tail on a roadcourse (supras weigh a LOT, 300 lbs more than a vette!). They are nearly identical in straight-line speed.

i didnt know they made sock supras. must be one of those 'only made in japan' cars... except its a toyota. so i guess that would make it REALLY rare.

i'd rather have an nsx, but i'd rather pay for a supra tt. mid-engine RWD, aluminum frame and lightweight. but then you have that price tag. on the other hand you have a twin turbocharged RWD supra, near the performance of the nsx at thousands less.

THe STOCK NSX would take the STOCK Supra by almost 2 car lengths at the green light, then the turbos would kick in and the Supra would take the 1/4 mile by 3 car lengths! Don't ask, but you see some funny stuff late friday and satuday nights. NSX to much price, not enough car. Supra, too much potenial, too much price, way too much car!

The Supra's a much better car imo
The NSX just doesnt have all the potential, the faster NSXs need the comptech supercharger to get quicker and that still only generates power under 500hp, its hard to find an NSX with more power than that. While the Supra can attain the same power by just going BPU with 2-3k of mods, that will get the Supra into 12s 1/4 mile and 400+rwhp

It comes down to opinion though, if you'd rather drive a car that looks more exotic but doesnt perform as well as it should than the NSX is for you. If you want a car that responds very well to mods, has alot of potential and costs less, than the Supra is for you.
