Re: fenders
It's not hard to replace a fender. You need metric socket wrench and extension. Regular wrench would help.
I have done it myself several times it was pretty easy but slighly time consuming. First losen the bolts by the bumper on the bad fender side, than fender liner (splash shield.) take out all the plastic fastener around the fender (try not to break them, those bolts are $2.50 each.) Losen the nuts by the headlight where the fender meets, but I wouldn't recommend taking out the entire headlight. This will cause your light to go out of alignment if you don't put it back to original position. Removing side skirt: losen the screws by the front splash shield. Losen the plastic fastners that hold side skirt and the chasis under the car. Lastly, go to the rear of the sideskirt (rear wheel) and gently knock the skirt toward the front of the car, the skirt should pop right off. When you put back the skirt, all you have to do is pressed it back in (don't slide.) Than open your door and losen few nuts by the fender and it's pretty easy from there. Last thing after you have new fender on, before you put everything back, make sure when you close the door, the door doesn't rub the fender. If it does you have to move reposition the fender. Hope this help.
